Tuning main jet sizes, needle clip positions, pilot jet sizes, float heights, and fuel screw settings. If indicated, we also develop custom needle profiles, tune airbox inlet size, slide spring rate & preload, main air bleeds, velocity stack length (if possible) and in special cases, slide weight, pilot air bleeds, main nozzle outlet size and emulsion tube hole location & number. Sometimes being up against the edge of a particular tuning parameter can even warrant modifications to the bodies. Natively tuning Aprilia Sagem & Walbro, Benelli Sagem & Walbro, Buell VDO, Ducati Marelli IAW5AM, IAW15M & IAW59M, Harley-Davidson Marelli IAW26H & Delphi, KTM Keihin, Moto Guzzi IAW15M & IAW15RC, MZ Sagem, Suzuki GSX-R1300, Triumph Keihin & Sagem, and the various aftermarket & kit ECUs including EFI, IgniJet, HRC, Kawasaki kit, Microsquirt, Microtec, Motec, MyECU, Nemesis, YEC amd Yoshimura EM Pro. We can also natively tune stock Suzuki ECUs, albeit those other than GSX-R1300 only in very broad strokes for fuel and not for ignition. On these and non-natively tunable models, we recommend the use of a fully programmable ECU or an add-on pulse width modifier. We are able to develop maps for modifiers including Bazazz Z-FI, DimSport Rapid, DynoJet Power Commander, Factory Pro Teka 4+4 USB, HealTech FI Tuner Pro, Leo Vince Fast II, and Yoshimura EMS.
