'97-'01 Speed Triple low mirror bracket solid model

Real world adjustments to the prototype which were carried over to the prototype model drove this final design.

Removes the visual clutter of "antlers", allows mirrors to be tucked in closer to provide clearance for lane splitting (if the handlebars clear, the mirrors will clear), and allows a less obstructed view rearward (shoulders and arms are no longer in the way).
